Compiled by a certain Vasilije Mijovi\u0107, a former high-ranking official (since fired) of the Montenegrin secret police, who has been arrested several times and served prison terms in both Serbia and Montenegro. He is linked to the criminal underworld and is one of the original members of the notorious Special Operations Unit (the infamous Red Berets), whose members carried out the assassination of Prime Minister Zoran \u0110in\u0111i\u0107 in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>The court is also expected to decide whether to possibly call Mijovi\u0107 as a
