Criminal charges were dismissed in six cases, while court proceedings based on prosecution indictments are ongoing in five cases.<\/p>\n<p>Mati\u0107 stated that a \u201cfirst-instance and binding final\u201d decision had been passed in 23 cases, which \u2013 as he stated \u2013 represents 31.5% of the total number of such cases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 28,
