Freedom House, Serbia fell by three points to rank in the top half among countries where democracy has been in constant decline over the last decade.<\/h2>\n<p>Civil liberties have been eroding in Serbia for 10 consecutive years, such that this year the country ranks 114<sup>th<\/sup> on <a href=\"https:\/\/freedomhouse.org\/sites\/default\/files\/2024-02\/FIW_2024_DigitalBooklet.pdf\">Freedom House\u2019s Freedom in the World list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia is also recording the worst decline in Europe as a whole, according to Alexandra Karppi, Freedom House\u2019s expert for the Western
